MIRA CLINIC SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

COVID-19 Update: We are currently experiencing delays with stock deliveries and order processing.
Please note that your delivery may be delayed by an additional 3-5 business days on top of the usual shipping estimates.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping is included for all orders $150 and above (via Standard Post).

For orders under $150, shipping costs are:

  • $9.90 for Standard Post; with an estimated delivery time of not more than 7 business days*
  • $14.90 for Express Post; with an estimated delivery time of not more than 3 business days*

*Shipping estimates may vary depending on location and current COVID-19 situation

If you your order is for more than $150, then you may upgrade from Standard Post to Express Post by paying an extra $4.90.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE

  • All orders are despatched from Perth Metro. Orders placed before 2PM (AWST) will be despatched on the same day.
  • To ensure that your parcel is secure, we recommend that you select Signature Required during checkout. If no one is home to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office and a notification card will be left at the address to advise of pickup location.
  • If you select Authority to Leave, please ensure that you specify a safe place to leave the parcel in the notes section during the checkout process. We are not responsible for items that have been authorised to be left that end up lost, stolen, missing, or claimed as not delivered.
  • We are closed on Public Holidays. For orders placed during Public Holidays, please allow an additional processing time of 2 business days.
  • We also ship to PO Boxes, GPO Boxes and Parcel Lockers; however, we will not ship to hotels or vacation rentals.
  • Please double check to ensure that your shipping information is correct, including business name and / or unit number. We will not be responsible for delays in shipping or missing items if your address is incomplete, invalid or incorrectly entered.
  • Tracking information is provided by our shipping carriers. This will be provided to you in a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. We do not take responsibility for issues with tracking or delivery once the parcel is with the carriers.
  • Should an item be returned to sender, re-postage fees may apply.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

Currently we are using the Australia Post “Parcel Post” and “Express Post” services. Estimated shipping times can be found by using the Australia Post website and use “6005” as the “From” postcode.

Australia Post also publishes the following information for guidance on delivery times:

STANDARD POST with Australia Post Parcel Post

Sending within Western Australia:

Perth – up to 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days

Sending interstate:

Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Rural Areas – please add an additional 3-5 business days

EXPRESS POST

1 to 2 business days delivery network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

MIRA CLINIC RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will love your products. However, in the event that you are not completely happy or satisfied with the products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns

  • Please ensure that you notify us at info@miraclinic.com.au within 3 business days upon receiving your product for a change of mind refund.
  • Products returned under the Change of Mind policy must be in ‘as-new’ condition, either unopened or unused, with packaging still intact and undamaged.
  • The original product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, after which we will issue a full refund of the product price minus shipping costs.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product.
  • Please return items using Signature on Delivery as we will not be held responsible for missing items.
  • Your refund will be processed once we have received the change of mind product.

You must return the product in its original undamaged packaging.

Once returned products have been authorised and received, where applicable, a refund will be processed via the same method by which you made the payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns Due to a Reaction

The products that we stock are medical grade and it is imperative that you use the products by following the instructions on the label. We provide support in helping you determine which product is suitable for your skin type [please hyperlink to consult link]. In the unlikely event of a reaction, please stop using the product immediately and notify us [by Phone or Email?]. We ask that you take photos of the reaction to send to us. We will then authorise the return. A refund will be issued including return shipping costs (though you will be responsible for any additional packaging), after receiving the product return.

However, if you choose not to utilise our video consult service and select a product without first getting advice from us and a reaction occurs, a handling and restocking fee will apply of up to 50% of the value of the item, if the item is returned under 30% used. Please understand that we are unable to process a return if you have used up mare than 30% of the product. In this event, you will also be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to us.

Please keep the original packaging of the products where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Whilst we work really hard to ensure that you receive your products in the best condition possible, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving a damaged or incorrect product for a refund or replacement to apply.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product to assist our team in assessment and authorisation of the return.
  • The refund issued will be inclusive of shipping charges (though you will be responsible for any additional packaging).
  • Once we have received the damaged or incorrect product, we will process the refund, or supply a replacement.

Please keep the original packaging of the products where possible.
